made from locally sourced ingredients,
crafted using environmentally friendly
techniques like cold infusion, and
designed to be enjoyed in classic cocktails.
Founded in 2021 by Anna & Orla Snook
O’Carroll, 2025 has been a fantastic year
for Valentia Island Vermouth, succeeding
in getting PSSF Funding followed by
IHPSU investment. AxisBIC has worked
extensively with Anna & Orla on their
business strategy, plans, growth and
investor readiness as well as pitching to
investors. Valentia Island Vermouth was
named Most Investible Company at the
AxisBIC 2025 Venture Academy.
