AxisBIC’s flagship event, The Entrepreneur
Experience™ takes place over 2 days
every October. This is a unique event
for 24 Emerging Entrepreneurs to
gain unparalleled access, advice and
mentoring from 24 of Ireland’s most
successful business leaders as well as
extensive peer-to-peer learning over 36
hours. The Entrepreneur Experience™, first
established in 2011 and has raised €500
million for start-ups since then.
In October 2025:
• 24 Emerging Entrepreneurs participated
• 50% of the Businesses were founded or cofounded by Women Entrepreneurs
• 29 Seasoned Entrepreneurs participated
• 100 people attended the Entrepreneur
Experience dinner
Of the emerging entrepreneurs who
participated in the 2025 Entrepreneur
Experience, 50% were founded or cofounded by women coming from a range of
sectors including Fashion, Food, MedTech,
AI, EdTech, Renewables, Fitness and
Skincare.
This is real, 24 of Ireland's leading
Entrepreneurs giving their time to help
the next generation of Entrepreneurs. The
advice is authentic, honest and practical.
Some experiences change your direction. Others remind you exactly why you started. This was both.
I had the privilege of taking part in the AxisBIC Entrepreneur Experience 2025, a genuinely unique
and transformative event!!! It’s an intense, practical experience. The conversations are so completely
honest, the challenges are so insanely real, and the takeaways are actually immediately actionable!
